Plum has designed a diverse yoga schedule to meet all of your needs, with the ultimate goal of helping you experience more joy in your relationships, job, and daily activities. We want to help you reach your fitness goals and improve your quality of life – we want you to come away from class feeling lighter, more positive, and less stressed! Plum knows that sometimes you need a vigorous and physically challenging class, but sometimes you need an hour to just relax, unwind, and stretch it out. We have the right class to make you feel amazing, no matter what kind of day you’re having! Start where you are - we will meet you there. 


FLOW Classes

Our FLOW classes place special emphasis on linking breath and movement. They synchronize qualities of stretch with qualities of strength to create an overall toning, awakening, and a balanced feel to the body and the mind. This dynamic class moves at an upbeat pace, with variations and modifications for all levels of strength, flexibility, and experience. All classes will offer classical Sun Salutations, variations, intensifications, modifications, challenges and opportunities for improvement and growth. 

Stick with these classes on a consistent basis, and you are sure to notice the physical and mental changes you are looking for. No experience in yoga required. Healthy backs, knees and shoulders recommended.


Plagued by tight hamstrings and IT bands from your daily runs, Cross-Fit training, or tennis matches? Our STRETCH classes are perfect for everyone who knows they need to stretch but isn't doing it alone.  Get into this class to flush lactic acid, increase flexibility, and get rested for your next intense competition/work-out/training session/practice. This class will increase your performance and help you achieve the flexibility results you want!

High blood pressure? High stress job/boss/life? Take a break and guide your body through gentle stretches to loosen up the knots of tension. Learn how to breathe easier and calm your mind. This class is for everyone who needs to relax, unwind, and recover from your busy schedule.


Insomniac or new parent in need of rest and recovery? Exhausted and stressed out from a hectic schedule? Our RESTORE Classes will help you center your breath and body by practicing stillness and gentle movement for extended periods of time.

You will not flow in this class, but instead you will utilize props to hold poses for up to 20 minutes. It is deeply relaxing and healing.  RESTORE classes finish with concentration and meditation techniques to still the mind. All levels are welcome and will benefit greatly.  

YOGA NIDRA Classes (offered on a limited basis - watch the schedule for this special class!) 

Translated as "Yogic Sleep," YOGA NIDRA is unlike any other "yoga" class you have ever experienced. It is an entire hour of a systematic form of guided deep healing relaxation. You are guided by a teacher voice to identify sensations throughout your body and focus on your breath while remaining in a state of relaxed awareness. 

 No Asana. The only position is Savasana.
