Movement and Mobility Training with Fitness Coach Brian Johnson
Mobility is a combination of physical strength and flexibility. If the body is strong, but not flexible, injury happens. If the body is weak, but flexible, there is an even greater chance of injury. Take your body through its full range of motion and improve your total body strength!
This workshop is the perfect complement for Yogis, Cross Fit competitors, runners, tennis players, golfers, and anyone looking to improve their physical results in their daily activities!

*No prior mobility training experience necessary, but a general fitness base and current training regimen is recommended.
Brian Johnson is a movement coach and currently practices as a student of Ido Portal, among other movement/gymnastic programs, where his interests have been focused on building the most well rounded “mover” possible.
