Although she is a one-time undefeated amateur boxer, Rebecca’s life has been centered around holistic healing and arts. Rebecca has been a teacher for over 11 years, 5 of those spent studying, traveling, assisting and learning from Sri Dharma Mittra. Follow Your Dharma workshops represent the culmination of teachings, travel, service and inspirations Rebecca has experienced along her path. FYD is rooted in compassion; inspired by possibility. Before bringing it to Dallas, Rebecca has shared FYD in New York, Syracuse, LA, Denver, Puerto Rico, London, Paris, the South of France, Barcelona, Guatemala and Costa Rica. Yoga for everyone.

Good posture is essential to good health.  This workshop addresses core principles of alignment, breath and body mechanics to help you fight everyday slouching. 

FYD Meditation | 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Meditation is a portal through the mundane into awakened states of well being:  less depression, less worry, less stress; increased levels of grey matter in the brain involved with learning and memory, managing emotions,  sense of self, and how we perceive. In this session, we'll explore multiple techniques to help you find the awakened state of well-being.

Techniques, tips and tricks learned directly from the Master himself, Sri Dharma Mittra. FYD Master Practice is deep, yoga therapy, working all 8 limbs of the science.  Postures are taught with the intention to maintain organ health and function; to release unnecessary tension, knock out stress, fatigue and dis-ease, improve posture, restore balance and (eventually) make you happy.
