During this workshop, you will be introduced to a variety of progressive techniques designed to strengthen and mobilize the upper back, neck, chest, shoulders, spine, and core. We will focus on movements that rehabilitate, prevent injury, and build true, functional strength that is transferable to any other sport or movement practice. The only equipment used will be your body weight, the floor, a stick, and a set of gymnastics rings.
No experience necessary, there will be progressions for all levels!
