Meditation is a portal through the mundane into awakened states of well being:  less depression, less worry, less stress; increased levels of grey matter in the brain involved with learning and memory, managing emotions,  sense of self, and how we perceive. FYD Master Practice | 9:00 - 11:00 AM

Techniques, tips and tricks learned directly from the Master himself, Sri Dharma Mittra. FYD Master Practice is deep, yoga therapy, working all 8 limbs of the science.  Postures are taught with the intention to maintain organ health and function; to release unnecessary tension, knock out stress, fatigue and dis-ease, improve posture, restore balance and (eventually) make you happy.
